What is Corks & Crush?
Corks & Crush is MultiCare Good Samaritan Foundation’s annual fundraising gala benefiting programs and services at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital.
When and where will the event take place?
Corks & Crush is on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the Mattress Firm ShowPlex Event Center at the Washington State Fairgrounds.
What are the rules of the auction?
The highest bids submitted for the online auction are legal contracts to purchase the item.
Credit cards on file will be charged at the end of the auction. If payment is unsuccessful within 72 hours of the auction’s close, any items won may go to the next highest bidder at the discretion of the organization.
All purchases made are final, and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items unless otherwise noted.
The Good Samaritan Foundation reserves the right to add or withdraw items from the auction without notice before final bids are made.
The Good Samaritan Foundation neither warrants nor represents and in no way shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions or conditions of items or arrangements.

What is the pricing for registration?
Early bird price:
$250 – per person
$2500 – table of 10
Price after April 18:
$300 – per person
$3000 – table of 10
What is included in my registration?
Wine tasting opportunities, the ability to bid on silent and live auction items and purchase raffle tickets, a four-course gourmet dinner paired with exquisite wines, the opportunity to financially support oncology care at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in East Pierce County.
If I purchase a full table do I need to register every guest?
You’ll be given a certain number of registration links to share depending on the registration option you have chosen. Each of your guests will need to complete their registration to select their dinner choice and will receive their own bid number to use during the silent & live auction and Fund-A-Need. Each guest will need to be sure to set up their individual login information and complete their own registration.
I’ve paid for my registration. Am I ready to go?
Yes! When you come to the event, be sure to check in at the Registration table to receive your nametag with table and bid number information.
Does my donation at registration count towards the Fund-A-Need goal?
Yes. If you choose to make a donation when you register, that gift will go towards our Fund-A-Need goal of proceeds advancing oncology care right here in East Pierce County, so Good Samaritan Hospital patients and their families can receive lifesaving treatment while staying close to home.
Your generosity helps ensure everyone in our community has access to the exceptional outcomes they deserve.

Event Day
How do I make a bid during the live auction?
Raise the bid card that has been assigned to you, high in the air to notify the auctioneer of your bid.
Will I receive a tax receipt?
You will receive a transaction-based receipt once your card is successfully charged. Tax receipts will be emailed following the auction.
I won an auction item! How will I receive my purchase?
Items can and should be picked up at time of check-out night of the event. Larger items may be picked up the following day (May 18) at the event venue between 9am – Noon.
