MultiCare Advanced Primary Care is a specialized clinic for those living with multiple chronic health conditions. Our dedicated team works with a smaller number of patients, enabling them to spend more time with each patient and help them mange all aspects of their health in a supportive and welcoming environment.

From exercise classes and support groups to socializing with others, our community room is a dedicated space within the clinic we encourage you to visit frequently. Whether you have an appointment or not, you’re welcome to drop in any time for a cup of coffee, snack or to participate in organized activities.
