Same-day primary care
Can’t get in to see your regular primary care provider quickly? Schedule a virtual same-day clinic visit! This same-day or next-day access is only available to patients who are established with a MultiCare primary care provider.
The doctor or other health care provider you see via video visit will access your MultiCare electronic health record and connect you with your primary care provider if follow-up is needed.
Visit types available:
- Acute care visits (cough, cold symptoms, sinus infection, UTI, etc.)
- Headaches
- Mental health
- Primary care, hospital and emergency department follow-up appointments
- Referrals
- Simple prescription refills (no narcotics or controlled substances)
- STI screening
Video visit hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-4pm and Wednesday and Friday from 8am-3:30pm. Call 253-697-5767 to schedule an appointment.
Same-day and next-day appointment access depends on availability. During high-volume times, it may take longer to get an appointment.
