New patients

MultiCare provides personalized care for you and your family through all stages of life. Book online or call to schedule an in-person or virtual appointment today for primary, specialty or urgent care.

Urgent care and emergencies

If you or your family need more immediate care, visit one of our many convenient urgent care clinics or schedule a virtual urgent care visit. For more significant injuries or illness, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

When to call 911

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 for an ambulance immediately when:

  • The condition is life-threatening
  • The injured person needs to be moved by medical personnel to prevent further injury
  • The distance or traffic would cause a significant delay in getting to the hospital
