Book Your Appointment Online

How to schedule online

You can now schedule many primary care appointments online in two ways:

  • If you are a returning patient, log in to your MyChart account to schedule an appointment with your current provider.
  • If you are a new patient, find a provider that is accepting new patients and select the “Schedule Online” button.

If you do not have a MyChart account, take advantage of MultiCare’s instant verification and sign up now.

Note: If you need to schedule a visit with a new provider, you will need to do so from the provider’s online profile. Online scheduling through MyChart is currently only available for providers you’ve seen before.

Types of appointments

New and returning primary care patients can now schedule appointments online or through MyChart for a number of visits, including:

New patient visit

First visit with a new provider who you’d like to be your primary source of medical care.

Newborn visit

Your baby’s first official checkup (and first immunization) will take place at the hospital. After that, newborn visits are scheduled throughout the first two years.

Available at select primary care locations, including:

Adult physical (ages 18-64)*

Physical exam in which we review your medical history, order any necessary tests and screenings, and/or make a plan to keep you healthy.

Well-child visit (ages infant-18)

Routine visit to check your child’s growth and development, give appropriate shots/immunizations and/or perform sports physicals.

Virtual visits (follow-up appointments only)

MultiCare offers virtual appointments for select primary care visits with established patients. Follow-up appointments that do not require an in-person exam or testing are available as a video visit. New patient appointments and physicals are conducted in person at a clinic.
