I strive to lay out all options of care, talk candidly about each and share with the patient and their families in the decision-making process. I talk with my patients and ensure they understand what is going on before decision making; I feel this is essential to my relationship-based care. I stay current in cardiovascular medicine and research to provide my patients with cutting edge care and concepts in management, whether it be medical or surgical.
