    Very thorough. Didn't jump to any conclusions. Her experience with other patients informed but did not distract her from listening. I was impressed by her open and honest approach to thinking through the problem out loud. At one point she openly consulted a list of symptoms to see If she had overlooked any. I loved that honesty. It increased my trust which helped me relax.

    Jenn always listens to my questions and concerns. We come to a decision together. I feel my health care is a priority for her. She is the best!!!! I trust her completely.

Jen Banks discussion of any proposed treatment options was very good. Jen's efforts to include me in the discussions about my care was very good.
