Other than the long wait for the dr to appear and no information regarding a delay I was happy with the information provided.

One of the best appointments I've had. Clear, concise, and to the point. Absolutely loved him.

Everything went well, got the shot, my shoulder is still sore. I will give it 2 weeks, if it doesn't go away, I will contact the office. No side effects so far, very happy about that.

I don't usually provide a survey like this. My opinion of Dr. Pratt may have been skewed before I came in. When the scheduler originally made my appointment, she mentioned Dr. Pratt doesn't usually see women over 50". If these are indeed his sentiments, he will likely double down on this conviction as I don't feel like I was a particularly easy client. My impression from this visit is that this place has lost its purpose of seeing the patients as people - more like billable chunks of time. Both Dr. Pratt and the LPN who checked me in mentioned the volume of patients they see (something to the nature of 100 a day). I felt like a number - I may have been the 3rd or 4th for the day but I may as well have been the 32nd on his schedule or 99th for the clinic for the day.

He really listened to me. He let me ask so many questions and gave details so that I understood clearly my options.

Felt I was wasting his time. He didn't let me fully explain ALL my symptoms before saying he couldn't help me.

Doctor Platt examined/ interviewed me for only about 5 minutes and seemed in a rush to send me out the door. He provided me barely any information did not give me time to ask the important questions I had, did not give me much advice, nothing about knee braces. I paid out-of-pocket for the visit and I don't feel like I got my moneys worth.

The only issue I have is when he gave me an injection in my shoulder, he didn't inform me that it would be difficult to move my right arm later in the day, he didn't inform me my right arm would hurt or possibly hurt more due to the injection. I ended up calling to get more info about this.
