However, there is also a vast network of individuals in nonclinical roles, or in clinical roles behind the scenes, who help deliver positive outcomes and experiences for our patients and families.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cBeyond the Front Lines\u201d video series showcases teams and departments at our organization who may not provide hands-on care yet help ensure the smooth operation of our health system.
