MultiCare is partnering with Medical Teams International<\/a> to offer free dental services in South King County for individuals on Medicaid, people experiencing homelessness or those that are uninsured.<\/p>\n

These services\u00a0were made possible due to a\u00a0grant from HealthierHere<\/a>, a King County non-profit focused on health care, which provides funds for this program through the end of November 2020.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0City of Auburn<\/a> and Navos <\/a>are also providing partnership and support for this initiative.<\/p>\n

Tooth fillings and extractions will be available\u00a0for underserved adults who live in Auburn, Puyallup or Tacoma on a first come, first served basis through Medical Teams International’s mobile dental clinic. There will be limited services for children.\u00a0No insurance, ID or fees are required for eligible participants.<\/p>\n

COVID-19 precautions will be in place and will include a screening questionnaire, temperature checks, and only allowing one patient in the van at a time for social distancing (no guests or family members will be permitted in the mobile clinic).<\/p>\n

Dates for the calendar year 2020<\/strong> and corresponding locations for these free services are outlined below. Additional dates may be added.<\/p>\n
