How to flush your sinuses using saline irrigation

“Dust, bacteria, pollutants and allergens that stick around and are consistently there and don’t get cleared away can lead to disease within the sinuses,” Dr. Oliaei says. “If it’s done properly, it can be very safe and beneficial.”
