Perhaps his personality is just distant and seeming to want to be elsewhere.

Not once did my care provider ask if I had any questions. I had a long list of questions going into the appointment and many that developed during the appointment that I did not get a chance to ask. I also felt like I had little say in what my treatment was going to be. We did not discuss options he simply told me what we were going to do moving forward. However, he was nice, clear and straightforward. At the beginning of my appointment he listened very intently when I told him what I had been experiencing. But for the rest of the appointment I felt like I had to literally interrupt him to get any say in my treatment. I was never given a chance to ask questions about my diagnosis and my treatment. I was also a bit confused on my diagnosis's as I got two but was not explained how they related to one another (one of the questions that I would've liked to have had a question to ask). I understand wanting to get to the point and not drag out an appointment but I waited a long time for this appointment and I was disappointed to not get a chance to get what I needed out of it.

Dr Davenport has always been wonderful in giving outstanding care for me. His ability to explain my condition at a level I understand was critical at a very difficult time. I always looked forward to seeing him during my cancer treatment because he was honest, caring, straightforward, and supportive. I felt like I had the absolute best doctor in my corner. This was a real blessing to my wife and I.

I'm very happy with the doctor. Listened to my comments, treated me as an equal and understood that I had full knowledge of my condition and what I had been doing over the years to live with it and mitigate it.

Doctor Davenport was thorough and considerate. We discussed my chronic vertigo and our options for treatment. He suggested trying something different this time as well as the physical therapy, and left the decision to me. I appreciate having a say in my care and he made me feel completely at ease.
