Meeting was brief, no personal interaction, don't know him or his work well enough to recommend

The doctor explained everything very well. He went into detail about what the condition of the injury was. He also explained all the different treatment options were and what would be the best treatment. He answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction.

Dr Griffith was straight forward and patient in explaining, and I think understood my desire for full shoulder movement after surgery.

Although Dr. Gene Griffiths is a superb physician, he needs to improve his "warmth" with patients. He is too serious. For example, smile more and/or say the patient's name often during the office visit. This would build positive rapport with his patients.
