Cottage in the Meadow is temporarily closed. We are working to transform this treasured community resource into a facility focused on short-term inpatient rehabilitation services. Cottage in the Meadow will continue to provide inpatient hospice care for those who need it when we re-open in the future.

Hospice care for our community is still readily available. Our Home Health & Hospice team can provide care in-home, in the hospital, or at another care setting.

This clinic location is licensed as part of MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital. Patients receiving care at the hospital-based clinic may receive a separate bill for a facility fee. Patients are advised to contact their insurance provider to determine their coverage for hospital-based clinic facility charges.
