Services

Whether you are recovering from an illness or injury, managing a serious health condition or are making end-of-life choices, our hospice services can help. Working closely with your doctors and the rest of your care team, our specially trained health professionals provide compassionate care no matter where you are: at home, an adult family home, a retirement home or an assisted living facility (hospice services are also available to you if you are in the hospital).

Hospice services we provide include:

• Assistance with personal care, such as bathing and grooming
• Bereavement support for loved ones
• Emotional and spiritual support
• Medical equipment, supplies and medications, as needed for comfort
• Pain and symptom management
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy, as needed for comfort
• Volunteers who can provide respite to caregivers or provide additional comfort and companionship to patients

PNW Hospice does not provide round-the-clock care, but can offer resources to help you access that care if needed.
