MultiCare Names New Inland Northwest Foundation Executive Director

SPOKANE, Wash. — MultiCare’s Inland Northwest Foundation has named Korin (pronounced Kor-in) Michielli as its new Executive Director.

As Executive Director, Michielli serves as the philanthropic leader for MultiCare’s Inland Northwest region ensuring all fundraising initiatives are aligned with system clinical priorities. She will initiate, organize and direct comprehensive development of plans for the achievement of annual and long-range fund-raising objectives and financial goals.

Michielli brings extensive experience in fundraising, including her most recent employer, Joya Child and Family Development, where she spent the last 14 years.  Joya Child & Family Development is a nonprofit pediatric therapy provider in Spokane County, dedicated to serving children from birth to age three with developmental delays and disabilities.

She began working at Joya as the Events Manager in 2010 where she was responsible for orchestrating and overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, aimed at raising awareness and support for Joya and its foundational objectives.  In 2015, she was promoted to Development Director, where she has served the past 9 years.

Michelli, a lifelong resident of Spokane, graduated from Eastern Washington University. While a student at Eastern Washington University, Michielli worked for MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in Cheney.

Today, Michielli is excited to return to the organization in a new chapter of her career.

Michielli assumed her new role on December 2nd.
