S. Arshan Arshad, DO, is an orthopedic surgeon with advanced fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. After earning his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Houston, he obtained his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX.
He completed his orthopedic residency at Wellspan York Hospital in York, PA, followed by a specialized fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at California Pacific Orthopedics in San Francisco, CA, where he trained under renowned experts in the field. This included a travel fellowship to Switzerland and France to learn from international shoulder surgeons.
