Six-week Postpartum Exercise & Education Program (Puyallup)
This six-week program is designed to help postpartum individuals restore strength, function and confidence through guided pelvic floor exercises and education. Each session combines practical movement strategies with evidence-based information to support recovery and long-term wellness.
To join, you should be:
- At least six weeks post vaginal delivery
- At least eight weeks post C-section
- No more than one year postpartum at the start of the class series
This course is offered in cohorts. When you register, you are enrolling in one cohort that meets every Friday for six consecutive weeks.
About the instructor:
Stephanie Nguyen, PT, DPT, PRPC, CDNS
Stephanie is a Phoenix native who attended Northern Arizona University for both her bachelor’s degree in biology (2007) and her doctorate of physical therapy (2011). She earned her pelvic rehab practitioner certification (PRPC) in 2024 and serves as the director of pelvic health rehabilitation for Olympic Sports & Spine.
She has a special interest in pelvic health, treating a variety of conditions ranging from urogynecological conditions and diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, symptoms related to pregnancy and post-partum, and lumbopelvic dysfunctions.
