Two-day Childbirth Preparation (Tacoma)

Congratulations — you’re having a baby! We’re excited to be part of this special journey with you.

Our two-day class offers information to help you feel empowered and prepared for childbirth and beyond. 

We’ll cover:

• The stages of labor
• Breathing techniques
• Natural comfort measures
• Pain medication options
• Cesarean and vaginal births
• Postpartum recovery
• Breastfeeding 
• Newborn care 

The class meets over the course of two days for six hours each day. You will have an opportunity to meet other expectant parents, participate in class discussions and get your questions answered.

Partners are encouraged to attend at no additional cost.

Provider One cards are accepted.

Eligible participants can receive a $25 reimbursement after registering for one paid childbirth class and two additional paid family education classes (in person, on demand or live virtual). Contact 253-403-7586 or [email protected] to receive reimbursement upon completion of your three classes.
