What is Sibshop?

Sibshops are lively, peer-support program with pedal-to-the-metal celebrations of the many contributions made by brothers and sisters of kids with special needs. Sibshops acknowledge that being the brother or sister of a person with special needs is for some a good thing, for others a not-so-good thing, and for many somewhere in between. Our Sibshop programs are for the typically developing kids and teens that have a brother or sister with a disability or special health needs.

We will be doing

  • Fun Crafts
  • Fun Snacks
  • Fun Activities
  • Group discussion about the highs & lows of being a sibling of a person with special needs

Registration is required to attend. If the $10 fee is a financial hardship, a limited number of scholarships are available. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions or would like to request a scholarship.
