Michael Lee, MD, received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland graduating with Phi Beta Kappa National Academic Honors. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Lee completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Lee held a faculty appointment to the Department of Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He also completed an Advanced Therapeutic Fellowship at St Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Dr. Lee is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Dr. Lee enjoys basketball, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and young daughter.
