ACT! Actively Changing Together
Is your family ready for a healthy change? ACT! is an evidence-based program that models nutrition and physical activity behaviors that your family can put into action right away.
Designed for kids ages 8-14 with a body-mass index (BMI) greater than the 85th percentile and their parents/guardians, the ACT! program empowers families to build healthier habits together by incorporating fun physical activities and learning about nutrition through hands-on cooking.
ACT! supports lasting lifestyle changes that can reduce obesity risks and improve overall well-being. Families gain accountability, connection and tools for long-term success.
