Designed for adults with type 2 diabetes, this interactive series provides the skills and confidence you need to control diabetes and live a healthy life. Classes are led by diabetes nurse educators, registered dietitians and a diabetes pharmacist.

You’ll receive a personalized meal plan, a carbohydrate counting booklet and a physical activity booklet.

  • Monitoring
  • Reducing risks
  • Medications

Diabetes Services is a provider/hospital-based department, and program costs will vary based on the services provided. A referral is required, and the team will check your benefits so cost is known before scheduling.
