Early Parenting Support Group (Spokane Valley)

Being a new parent can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Surrounding yourself with those who are on the same journey, however, can be reassuring. Join our weekly group where you’ll find encouragement, support and friendship in the early months of parenthood.

Led by a registered nurse and lactation consultant, the group is open to parents and their babies up to 12 months of age, regardless of where you delivered.

We offer:

• Baby weight checks 
• Discussions about feeding, sleep and adjustment issues
• Informative speakers
• The opportunity to meet other new parents

Registration not required. Attend when you can.

*Due to classroom limitations, this group only allows little ones who are not mobile (pre-crawling). Please bring a blanket if you would like to sit on the floor.
