Four-week Childbirth Preparation Series (Tacoma)

Congratulations — you’re having a baby! We’re excited to be part of this special journey with you. We want to provide the support and guidance you need as you prepare to welcome your little one into the world.

Our childbirth preparation classes offer comprehensive information to help you feel empowered and prepared for childbirth and beyond. 

We’ll cover:

• The stages of labor
• Breathing techniques
• Natural comfort measures
• Pain medication options
• Cesarean and vaginal births
• Postpartum recovery
• Breastfeeding 
• Newborn care 

The class meets once a week for four weeks. You will have an opportunity to meet other expectant parents, participate in class discussions and get your questions answered.

Class dates: June 16th, 23rd, 30th, July 7th

Partners are encouraged to attend at no additional cost.

Provider One cards are accepted.

Eligible participants can receive a $25 reimbursement after registering for one paid Childbirth Class and 2 additional paid family ed classes  (in-person, on-demand or live Virtual)  Contact 253-403-7586 or [email protected] to receive reimbursement on completion of your 3 classes.
