One-day Childbirth Preparation (Puyallup)

Congratulations — you’re having a baby! We’re excited to be part of this special journey with you.

Our one-day class offers information to help you feel empowered and prepared for childbirth. 

We’ll cover:

• The stages of labor 
• When to go to the hospital and what to expect when you arrive
• Breathing techniques
• Natural comfort measures
• Pain medication options
• Cesarean and vaginal births
• Postpartum recovery

Partners are encouraged to attend at no additional cost.

Eligible participants can receive a $25 reimbursement after registering for one paid childbirth class and two additional paid family education classes (in person, on demand or live virtual). Contact 253-403-7586 or [email protected] to receive reimbursement upon completion of your three classes.
