Taking Care of Your Newborn (Puget Sound Region)

Prepare for the arrival of your baby by learning the basics of newborn care.

In this course, which takes approximately two to three hours to complete, you’ll get practical tips for caring for your baby during the first months and how to ease the transition into parenthood.

The class covers:

• How to interpret your baby's behavior and cues
• Comforting techniques
• Best feeding practices 
• Diapering
• Health and safety information

Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese.
