Tour of the Family Birth Center at Tacoma General

Birth Center Tours – View the private birthing suites and get your personal questions answered about birthing at Tacoma General Hospital. Information regarding pre-registration, arrival to the hospital and what to expect during your stay will be provided.

This free tour covers Tacoma General Hospital's beautiful Birth Center, private birth suites and postpartum rooms. Walking is required for this tour but wheelchairs are welcome. Wheelchairs available by request on site.

Tour lasts about 1 hour.

Who should enroll: Register the parent to be and one additional person only. No children allowed on this tour at this time. Please bring a photo ID. This is required to attend the tour.

Parking: Park in the no charge parking garage near the Emergency entrance. Additional instructions will be sent to you via e-mail the day prior to your scheduled tour.
