    Did not give us a legal prescription so we could obtain my daughter's glasses then I had to wait a week for them to fax the correct version to the location I ordered the glasses through. The location I got the glasses through says this happens every time for years. It isn't hard to update your prescription format to be actually legal in the state you operate in.

    I am a parent who will ask a reasonable number of questions, to gain information that my family needs, in order to make an informed decision. I felt that our son's doctor did not care to discuss my questions or concerns, and was rather bothered by my wanting factual information. Example, I wanted the name of a medication my child would be receiving prior to surgery rather than the "syrup" that he referenced. When I asked for the specific medication he said he did not know and I could ask the anesthesiologist on the day of.

    Dr Cheung and provided an environment and personalized service that made me very conferdable.

    Doctor gave us an eyepatch and didn't tell us how long to use it. I had to ask and then he told me two hours a day.

    Dr. Cheung explained my condition and course of action, and what the surgery would entail in a manner that my spouse, {patient name removed}, and me could understood to move forward with the surgery.
