Cottage in the Meadow will temporarily close as of Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024. We are working to transform this treasured community resource into a facility focused on short-term inpatient rehabilitation services. Cottage in the Meadow will continue to provide inpatient hospice care for those who need it when we re-open in 2025.

Hospice care for our community is still readily available. Our Home Health & Hospice team can provide care in-home, in the hospital, or at another care setting.
