MultiCare OB Access Clinics provide support for high-risk pregnancies or people at risk for complications that may impact the health or well-being of the pregnant person or child.

Our clinic is also the proud home to the Tacoma Family Medicine Obstetrics Fellowship training program. Patient care is delivered by experienced physicians mentoring the next generation of specialists.

High-risk pregnancy care and delivery

Same-day primary care

If you’ve seen a MultiCare primary care provider within the last three years, you have access to same-day or next-day visits, either in-person or virtual.
