MultiCare Pain Management – Lake Aspen sees all kinds of chronic pain patients. Severe acute pain patients can also be referred – including acute radiculopathy, nerve injury, severe trauma, and those patients at risk of developing chronic pain.
Both interventional pain management as well as medication management
- Interventions include a wide variety of pain procedures utilizing fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided injections. Procedures may be diagnostic or therapeutic (e.g., radiofrequency ablation of nerves.)
- Chronic pain management including consultations, and medication management in appropriate individuals.
- Cancer pain management.
- Spinal stimulators, intrathecal pain pumps, Verti-flex and evaluation for peripheral nerve stimulators.
- Chronic headache management and botulinum toxin injections.
- Spasticity management including intrathecal baclofen pumps (in collaboration with Lakeview Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.)
- Regenerative Medicine including platelet rich plasma injections (PRP)

This clinic location is licensed as part of MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital. Patients receiving care at the hospital-based clinic may receive a separate bill for a facility fee. Patients are advised to contact their insurance provider to determine their coverage for hospital-based clinic facility charges.
