Anjali Kunz, MD, COL(ret), is board-certified in general pediatrics and pediatric infectious diseases. She offers comprehensive care for acute and chronic infectious diseases. She has more than 15 years of practice experience, has authored over 20 peer reviewed medical articles, and has presented lectures and research both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Kunz retired from the US Army after 20 years of active service, and was the Chief of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Chair of the Antimicrobial Stewardship board, Core Faculty for the Pediatric Residency Program at Madigan Army Medical Center and the Program Director for the Transitional Year Residency Program at Madigan Army Medical Center while on active duty. She currently serves as an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Washington.
Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters biking, playing tennis and traveling.
A few selected honors Dr. Kunz has been recognized for include a Special Achievement Award by the American Academy of Pediatrics and Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, along with multiple teaching and research awards and grants.
