Dr. Liu was thorough with all aspects of my shoulder problem, treatment plan as well assuring me information would be shred with my Oncologist at NorthStar. I very much appreciated Dr. Liu's kindness, as well as taking time to explain so well in spite of his schedule running behind.

I have dealt with my hand issues for over 20 years I've been told by multiple previous doctors that there's nothing that can be done. Every time I go see somebody all they see is a prior diagnosis and get tunnel vision. Dr. Liu actually took the time to listen to me and my concerns. He looked beyond just my prior diagnosis. He took x-rays of my areas of concern as well as ordered MRI's on both hands. He discussed best and worst cases scenarios with me as well as treatment options pending g results. He took the time and answered all of my questions. For the first time in over a decade I feel like there might be hope. I felt truly heard and I feel like that is not a common thing in the medical industry anymore. I could not be happier with my experience

I can't praise Dr. Liu enough. He's the only surgeon in Yakima I will let do surgery on me. If he's not available I guess I hope it's not too bad cuz it ain't happening. I completely trust him and his medical expertise more than anybody. He has already done multiple surgeries on me so I know what I'm talking about.
