He seemed to be on autopilot, and looked more at the computer than at me. I don't feel like I was heard

Dr Chen has always treated me very well since 2017. Always explains everything well

I couldn't understand him, he used only large medical terms that we didn't understand and wouldn't explain them

It was just a normal one year checkup, but Dr. Chen always always always answers questions

Dr Chen explained how my medications worked for my health. I appreciated that because sometimes I feel like " do I really need all of them." Also looked at test results from my NP that I brought. Reassured me that everything looked normal. It was great to hear from him. He Also had explanation why climbing stairs seems harder and how my heart was involved. He's super. Also greeted me with a handshake and my daughter who was with me. Impressive.

Dr. Chen was helpful and explained things to me as we went along. If I wasn't sure what he meant about something he was good about explaining it to me. Thanks again. I like that I wasn't rushed.

Bed side manor is horrible. And leaving the staff was rude

Dr. Chen was very nice and I felt very comfortable talking with him.

I had a plan of care outlined by a previous provider that no longer works for the clinic. New provider completely dismissed the plan and told me to not worry about it. Didn't acknowledge my questions or concerns. Completely disregarded me, wasted my time and money. He simply repeated my results to me which were already covered at a previous visit. He asked if I would like to follow up and I Absolutely would not return this provider.

I came for yearly check and Rx renewal. I had nothing to discuss or concerns.

Dr. Chen made mention of something that might be abnormal but did not go into detail. He did order tests. He speaks very quietly.

Always enjoy my visit with Dr Chen..he explains what my heart problem is, and how we (he and I) can continue getting good reviews of any tests etc results

Needed following test which would have that office call for appointment. Don't know who that would be but still waiting for call.

Dr. was caring and thoughtful. And I felt like I was in good hands.

My experience was not positive. The doctor treated me like a statistic and would not listen to me when I told him how I was feeling and what I know. He insisted that I go on a medication that I refuse to take due to not experiencing the symptoms that would warrant them. He was unwilling to explore options other than medicating for his perceived conditions for me. I am seeking a second opinion from a doctor who is willing to listen to me.

The Dr. Spoke in such a low tone (quiet) I could neither understand what he was saying nor hear him. It was clear to me there was no room for questions regarding my BP, there was no explanation as to why I have high Blood Pressure. I finally just started nodding my head and saying ok, because I could not understand him. Very disappointed and unhappy with the level of care I have received at Pulse Heart. On the other hand, my husband gets great care there. I will not make an appointment with this phys. Again.

There is nothing I can say bad about them. They treated me very well and I appreciate it. Thank you.

Have used Dr. Chen since 2014. Always professional and direct with questions and possible solutions.

1st time seeing Dr Chen, but he knew my health history, was helpful and caring

Dr. Peter Chen is OUTSTANDING. He HEARS me. I try to respect his time, but he always lets me get my questions answered. I am included in the decisions about my care which gives me a feeling of some power and control over the situation. He seems genuinely happy to see me and so willing to help which sets me at ease. He is certainly a valuable asset to Pulse and Multicare!!

I have complete confidence in Doctor Peter Chen and his medical staff.
