    Dr Alan Cowan was very professional and friendly and was great during my husband's first visit. Dr Alan Cowan conversed with us professionally and Informative about the treatment my husband was there to receive. Dr Alan Cowan explained what my husband could expect to happen within the next few days and under what conditions we should return to him for more treatment if necessary to call and make a return appointment with him. We shared with Dr Alan Cowan that we loved all of the photography that was hanging throughout the offices and he told us where the photograph in the exam room was taken and that if we get the chance where we can go to visit to see it for ourselves.We immediately felt at ease with Dr Alan Cowan and we loved that he shared a bit about himself and his love for photography with us and at the same time he was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We were throughly pleased to meet Dr Alan Cowan and his nurse/ assistant. Our experience with Dr Alan Cowan was very pleasant, welcoming, friendly, and professional and the appointment was on time we never had to wait we were taken care of immediately. We would recommend that anyone needing to see and ENT Doctor that they should make an appointment with Dr Alan Cowan.
