Position-specific orientation and training
The Education Services Teams at MultiCare are committed to ensuring employees have the required skills and resources for their new positions. Education Services collaborates with the Technology Education and Nursing Professional Development teams to determine role-specific orientation classes.
- These extended orientation classes begin on Tuesday after New Employee Orientation (NEO) and vary by position, location and department.
- New employees will receive a printed class schedule when they attend NEO on Monday.
