DispatchHealth cost and insurance information
Your bill will come from DispatchHealth, which is contracted (in-network) with all major payers including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana, Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield, Denver Health Medical Plan, Elevate and Bright Health in Colorado. In the Puget Sound Region and the Inland Northwest, DispatchHealth works with all major health insurance companies in South Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston and Spokane Counties to bill insurance directly for the care provided.
If you do not have health insurance, DispatchHealth accepts a flat rate of $275 at the time of treatment. Payment methods include credit, debit, health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement account (HRA) and flexible spending account (FSA) payments.
