M.A.S.H. Camp in the Puget Sound Region
M.A.S.H. Camp will be held July 13-17 in the Puget Sound region.
MultiCare Academy for Students in Healthcare (M.A.S.H.) Camp is a free, five-day experience held every summer for high school students to explore careers in health care.
During M.A.S.H. Camp, students will be equipped with new skills, knowledge of health care careers, scrubs, new friends, a more focused future, and wonderful memories. Completion of the M.A.S.H. Camp is an excellent addition to college and employment applications.

Requirements for students
You must attend the entire week of M.A.S.H. Camp, held July 13-17. Overnight accommodations are not provided. You are required to obtain your own transportation. If you are having difficulty securing transportation, please email [email protected].
Additional student requirements include:
- You are a current high school sophomore, junior or senior student at time of application.
- Your primary residence is in Pierce, south King, Kitsap, or north Thurston counties
- You have not participated in M.A.S.H. Camp in the past.
- You hold an interest in health professions including but not limited to: nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, social work, pharmacy, audiology, ultrasound, lab, or X-ray tech, etc. or another health care operations field.
- You must submit a completed application no later than 5:00pm on Monday, March, 2026.
If you are interested in attending and experience barriers or challenges that may prevent you from participating or if special accommodations are needed, please email our team so that we can best support your success during M.A.S.H. camp.
What to know before you apply
You will be asked to submit several documents and long form essay questions as a part of your application. Before you begin the application, please prepare the following documents:
- Vaccination records. Participants must have certain vaccines and a tuberculosis test before the start of camp. Learn more about our requirements. For additional information about accessing these records, visit the Washington Department of Health website.
- Resume. Search online for a resume template to use as a resource.
