Greater Lakes Mental Health Greater Lakes Mental Health

Any issue that affects your thinking, feelings or mood is a mental health issue. And many such conditions, conditions, such as depression and anxiety, affect one in five Americans, making mental health challenges more common than you may think.

The good news is, many mental health conditions are temporary. You may only need a few counseling sessions to feel better.

If constant stress, personal issues or emotional challenges are interfering with your daily life, you may benefit from working with a counselor or other mental health expert. MultiCare Behavioral Health offers help for a broad range of issues with your convenience, comfort and confidentiality in mind.
