MultiCare Spokane Internal Medicine Residency

We are excited to welcome our inaugural class of residents, with applications opening in fall 2026 for the 2027 match. Our first cohort will begin their training in summer 2027.

The MultiCare Spokane Internal Medicine Residency is committed to developing physicians who exemplify clinical excellence, compassion and a deep dedication to the communities they serve. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and rigorous training experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, preparing residents to deliver high-quality care across the full spectrum of adult medicine, from acute illness to longitudinal primary care.

The program is accredited through Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
