MultiCare hosts Bridge to Brunch 5K

Starting line at 2022 Bridge to Brunch 5k

SPOKANE, Wash. — MultiCare’s annual Bridge to Brunch 5K run/walk returns for its seventh year on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 9 a.m. Proceeds will be donated to the MultiCare Behavioral Health Network.

Registration is $40 for adults, $10 for youth 5-17 and free for children 4 and younger. Participants will receive a waffle breakfast (at the conclusion of the course), brunchy beverages and a beanie hat. Prizes are available for race winners. MultiCare’s Behavioral Health Network is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Washington state and continues to grow. In 2023, MultiCare opened a behavioral health clinic at the Northeast Community Center, the first clinic of its kind in Spokane’s Hillyard community. Earlier this year, MultiCare announced plans to open an inpatient behavioral health unit in MultiCare Deaconess Hospital.

“Bridge to Brunch has become an annual tradition that brings our community together for a great cause,” said Alex Jackson, senior vice president and chief executive of MultiCare’s Inland Northwest and Central Washington regions. “Behavioral health touches nearly every facet of our lives. Bridge to Brunch is a great way to support access to behavioral health services while celebrating our community.”
