She offers a complete array of primary health care, specializing in metabolic syndrome, diabetes, fatty liver management and hypertension. In addition to cholesterol management, her clinical interests include integrative medicine, addiction medicine, diabetes and hypertension. Away from work, Dr. Ravi-Kumar enjoys hiking, traveling and self-improvement strategies.

    Dr Kumar is a wonderful care provider! She is supportive and very helpful. She listened carefully, understood what I was explaining to her, and we had a good conversation. I will be following up with her in about a week. She was able to phone in two prescriptions for me and I am doing much better! She even told me I had made a good choice when I explained I started wearing Rose Quartz to help my arthritis pain! She said it was a very healing stone. (Nope, I'm not nutty! Lol) I really am glad I followed her to the Puyallup clinic.

    I did not feel listened to at any point. I was even prescribed a medication after telling the doctor that particular medication doesn't work for me. I will be finding a new GP at multicare.

    Provider is the absolute worst I have ever seen. This was my second appointment with her after transferring due to my original doctor leaving the area. The first one she rushed through it and I felt like she didn't even listen to me. This one she kept talking down to me and was talking to me in a condescending manner. When it came to possible care she made it very clear that it was going to be her way or the highway and that my input did not matter.
