I chose to specialize in maternal-fetal medicine because I love helping pregnant women through this special and challenging time during their lives. I have a passion for educating patients and their families.

Special Interests:

Tamara Tin-May Chao, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who is fellowship trained in maternal-fetal medicine. She provides a wide range of care to women managing high-risk pregnancies, with a special focus on infectious diseases, prenatal diagnosis and medical complications of pregnancy. In her spare time, Dr. Chao enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, as well as hiking, rock climbing, baking and enjoying the outdoors.
