How we help

Our supportive senior health services include:

Adult Medical Consultation Services in southeast Pierce County

Adult Medical Consultation Services (AMCS) are available to older adults in southeast Pierce County (including Eatonville, Graham, Elbe and Mineral) who don’t have ready access to medical care. Our geriatric nurse practitioner provides clinical assessment and monitoring of older adults, connecting them with primary care providers or specialists as needed.

If you or a family member are having a problem with increased confusion, depression or an unstable disease state, we may be able to help.
