New at-home brain fitness program
Our team modified our Brain Fitness program for you to do at home. Anyone interested in learning about brain health and who wants to work on improving their skills and reducing their risk of developing dementia should sign up!
The program will have six separate packets to highlight each of the six pillars of brain health. Packets include information, activities designed to stimulate a variety of your brain regions and some fun challenges that use your short-term and long-term memory.
