I felt dismissed and as if my concerns were not taken seriously or considered valid. I was made to feel like I was seeking a cure when I had at multiple times stated I was looking for counseling on how to manage the issue.

I had the test and he was very thorough. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions.

I gave fair for these answers only due to the nature of "professional to client" the provider has. Attention on device not on explaining my device, it's brokenness and what about how I gauge the cost of moving forward. "It is broken. It happens." This provider has audiology knowledge, just not a client interaction that sends me away saying, "Ok, that was helpful."

I have never had this procedure done before so was kinda scared but the provider explained everything as he went. I would most seriously recommend the care provider to my friends and family.

Hands down one of the best doctor experiences I've had. I felt I had my doctor's complete attention and he was very easy to speak with.

Very textbook provider. Seemed to have no concern of my issue by not showing any curiosity. Did not ask additional questions to help determine the cause of issue. Took paper test results as nothing is wrong because test came back fine so therefore you have no issue. Felt like provider was just there to do a job and provided no personal bedside manner. Felt very robotic in nature.

I will not be returning to this audiologist. He was rude and was not accommodating in any way. There was no empathy from him at all.
