I feel like we were seen very briefly by the provider. She barely looked at my son's collarbone. I feel like the whole appointment could've been a Zoom call and it would've saved us a trip that took an hour each way driving. She was very pleasant and professional but it still kind of felt like we came a long way for information we could've been told on the phone.

The medical provider seemed very irritated with my questions and was not sympathetic to my concerns of taking the cast off with the bone still brok

What we spoke with the previous provider wasn't t communicated in the medical record so we had to rehash this but she listened and was accommodating

She put my mind at ease that my daughter hadn't reinjured herself.

We are thankful that an X-ray was finally done for her ankle that's been bruised since date of injury and great news not broken or fractured as we were told it wouldn't even be looked at until we were done with her knee. No idea why it's staying bruised or why it hurts. Just glad it's ok.
