Derrick was very thorough explaining the X-rays and the findings. He should me where arthritis was present and how this was not something new but rather going on over time. The fall just aggravated it.

It's my first experience with physical therapy. Overall not my first visit don't misunderstand. I've seen him three times now, my concern going in was highlighted based on the lack of insurance, seeming to want to allow physical therapy be a part of treatment, but I must say, I will press in the future myself to see to all physical therapy being approved. In my opinion, after experiencing it firsthand, it is a must for proper care, especially from surgical and implant standpoint.

He answered all my questions, listened, explained. I never felt he was rushed. He addressed other fingers that wasn't originally noted. He was great. And on time!
