    {patient name removed} Is developing delayed. Rachel was very patient and kind to her.

    The only thing I can think of is I wasn't made aware of the risks of the surgery, however the surgery was necessary and I trusted my surgeon's expertise. That being said, I didn't consider that the risks weren't clearly shared until I read the question. The physician and PA answered all my questions and were very attentive. I had a great experience with the staff there during what was otherwise a scary situation. They eased my fears in a caring way.

    Both Rachel and the student were great in working through the process from describing the ultrasound results in the context of my concerns, They educated me about probable issues, how to address them, and also made a referral to another specialist to confirm the source of my pain.

    Dr. Ryan always listens, includes me in decisions about my care, and discusses treatment of options. I have and will continue to recommend her. I drive to the South Hill for my appointments because I think she is the best primary care physician. .

    I've never had any doctor explain my condition and options so thoroughly before. She used visual aids and spoke in simple terms I could understand.
